Life Really Is Too Short

So, I’ve decided to take the plunge and really give it a go in the wonderful world of online media.

I’ve wanted to give this all a good go for a long time, but what’s more terrifying than failing at something you enjoy? I don’t know what the future holds or how my career will go, but then I suppose no one does. If you don’t try you won’t ever know what could be, right?

To be clear, I don’t expect to be the next Zoella. But why shouldn’t I make the time to do what I enjoy and submerge myself in the blogging and social media world? I have been my own worst enemy and critic for as long as I can remember and frankly, I’ve had enough!

I love nothing more than writing and being creative in any way possible, but I never expected to be able to support myself through something so fun. I gave up before I even started and I’m sure I’m not alone on that.

So I’ve decided to just have fun with this, to write about what I feel like when I feel like it. To make myself a little space on the internet to share all my loves and work whether that’s artwork I find particularly inspiring, homeware I’m crushing on or rambling on about whatever’s on my mind (like this). And I simply don’t care what people may or may not think about it, because life really is too short.
